I don’t know how we did it but we did, we missed our turn. We only had 3 turns to worry about for the whole entire day and we missed the last one. It took us a whole 10 miles to realize that something was up. However our mistake wasn’t too ill fated as we only added 3 or 4 miles to our route. Tonight we are staying in Junction City at a hotel instead of the intended RV campground. We did have beautiful weather today with a gradual up hill climb. Tomorrow should be more or less the same, except we will be more conscienceous of our map.
Here is a little summary of the day’s stats that we would like to call The Jake Report. We would like to dedicate this to Jake (Brie’s brother) because this is what he always asks us.
The Jake Report: miles: 70.5, time on the bike: 6hrs 17mins, average: 11.24, weather: 80 and clear, terrain: mostly up hill.
